Sheezan Khan’s sister, actress Falaq Naaz, who is finding it difficult to come to terms with the arrest of the actor, was hospitalised on Sunday. We have heard that the actress is recovering. Though she was expected to be discharged today, the doctors have advised the family to run a couple of tests more. If everything is normal, she will be discharged tomorrow.
Talking to us exclusively, Falaq’s sister, actress Shafaq Naaz said, “Falaq has been hospitalised because of severe stress and dehydration. We have been running around for our brother, Sheezan. It’s already been over a couple of days since she has been hospitalised and is getting better. I think she’ll be discharged by tomorrow or the day after.”
She added that the family is under immense distress. She shared, “All of us are in a very stressful situation. We haven’t been sleeping well, as we constantly worry about Sheezan and whether he is safe. The wait for things to get sorted is agonising and traumatising my family, me and of course Sheezan.”
Sharing a picture of Falaq from the hospital, Sheezan’s mother, Kehekshan Faisi took to Instagram to post a message. She wrote, ‘Mujhe bas ye samajh nahi aa raha hai ki hamari family ko saza kis bat ki mil rahi hai aur kyo?? Sheezan mera beta pichle 1 month se bina kisi singal soboot ke qaidiyo ki tarah jail me saza kaat raha hai. Meri bacchi Falaq hospital me admit hai, Sheezan ka chhotha bhai jo autistic bacha hai wo beemar hai .. kya ek Maa ko kisi dusre ke bacche ko Maa jaisa payar karna gunaah hai?? Ya illegal hai. Kya Falaq ko Tunisha ko chhothi bahan ki tarah payar karna gunaah tha ya illegal tha?? Yap hie Sheezan aur Tunisha ko apne relationship ko space dena ya breakup karna gunaah tha ya wo bhi illegal tha? Kya hume us bacchi ko payar karne ke liye use payar karne ka haqe nahi tha kyo ki hum Muslim hai ??? Hamara gunaah kya hai.”
Sheezan was arrested by the Mumbai police for abetment to suicide following a complaint registered by Tunisha Sharma’s mother, Vanita Sharma. The actress reportedly died by suicide on December 24, 2022.
