One of the most celebrated festivals of the year, Ganesh Chaturthi has arrived. While many actors make their own Bappa idols at home with organic clay and opt for eco-friendly options. Yet another star adds to the list with his creative and innovative murti this year. It is none other than, Rabb Se Hai Dua's Karanvir Sharma. The actor decided to create his murti with wheat flour for the celebration.

In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, Karanvir shared, "This year I thought of keeping Ganpati in my own special way. Just a very private affair and I thought of making my own Bappa on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. I have made the idol with wheat flour and ghee. I am just keeping it for one and a half days and then I will do the visarjan. It feels so therapeutic, amazing and calming. I feel so positive after making and worshipping the idol of Bappa."


The Rabb Se Hai Dua actor also had a special request for his fans this Ganesh Chaturthi, he said, "I wish all of you a Happy and positive Ganesh Chaturthi. I urge people to use organic clay to create the idols for Ganesh Chaturthi. You guys have my heart if you all are using it. It is important to stay eco-friendly too."



Apart from Karanvir Sharma, even Karanvir Bohra had opted for eco-friendly bappa and exclusively shared fond memories with ETimes TV, he said, "I have so many memories of this festival, earlier I used to go in the water myself to immerse the idol but now we do it in a bucket as it is eco-friendly. We want to keep the environment safe and healthy but earlier I used to go to the sea for Visarjan, which is something that I always remember."
