Sharing about her role, Priti says, "I play a character called Bholi, but she is quite contrary to her name. This is a negative character and initially I wasn't sure if I should do it, but I like the role because it is different from the clichéd negative roles. This show is the second season of Barrister Babu, and Bondita now has two daughters who have been separated from each other. I am taking care of the younger daughter and my character is that of a tamashewali, who uses Bondita's daughter to earn money. Later, the story unfolds."

So why did she take a break from acting in 2014? She says, "I took a break because I was working in TV shows for a very long time and after a point the erratic work schedules started bothering me. I couldn't take anymore. I wanted to focus on myself and my family, so I decided to take a break. I started meditation and began to focus on my personal life. Even this return of mine wasn't planned. I heard about the auditions for this show and just gave it a shot, and things fell into place."

Television's long working hours was one of the biggest challenges for her earlier, but this time around, she is much calmer. "I am able to handle things better because I have found a way to balance work and my life. I find time to work out and meditate, and that helps me cope with long shooting hours. I am here to stay now and want to take up more acting projects. Returning to TV has been a good decision and I am enjoying the process. Even my family wants to see me on screen again," says Priti.
