Alice, who plays Raavi, spoke to ETimes TV about how initially she was apprehensive to play the part but later started enjoying the process. She said, “I was actually nervous initially when I got to know the makers wanted me to play Vidya Balan’s ‘Manjulika’ from Bhool Bhulaiyaa. I even wanted to reason out with them to make me play something else. Vidya Balan and Tabu were so good. While I was in the process of transformation, I was quite enjoying it and no longer nervous. I was not satisfied and told my HMUs to make me look as scary as possible. I wanted to do justice to it. Then I took it on myself and did my make-up. I watched a clip of Vidya Balan and thought about how to make my look better. When I went on the sets, they appreciated my look but called me ‘cute’. I wanted to look scary so I was a bit upset. We shot for the sequence for 4 days and I was sad when that part of the schedule ended.”

Take a look at the video:

Alice added, “This also reminded me of the time when I was in the hostel. When I was 6, I was at a hostel in Dehradun. I had zero friends and I would get bored. I started scaring all the other girls. I would paint my face with toothpaste and scare the girls. They would complain but I was a cute little girl so I wouldn’t get punished.”
