Speaking to ETimes TV, Niyati said, “There are a lot of challenges, like most importantly, being relevant. If you are not relevant then again people forget you. So, I also used to make a lot of reels earlier. I also used to post but now I'm growing also and I feel like Oh, reels are not my cup of tea. I make them sometimes. But yeah, being relevant is certainly one of the challenges because in today’s world it's very easy for people to forget. Secondly, you know to fight with your own self because social media is there and it pops you with so much information and with others jobs as to what they are doing what is happening in everyone's life and then suddenly now you start sulking. You tend to feel, oh I am not doing this you, I am not having this that. So even I used to face that problem but then I corrected it that listen if that is bother in me then I should rather reduce that and focus on really building new skills. I used my mind on cutting down screen time, what I felt was toxic and used it in a productive way.”

Talking about being visible on social media, Niyati had said, “You are doing your own PR, so there's no harm in it. If you have the time and energy to put in that much effort after acting and all, you should do it because there's no harm in promoting your own self. Most of the time gets wasted on social media. I read all comments.”

She is best known for her portrayal of Piya Rathod in Nazar and Ginni Garewal Singh in Channa Mereya.
