Kishmish’s upbringing in Hongdae is a sharp contrast to Beera’s village life, and Nikki finds this difference very exciting to portray. She draws inspiration from her own college days in Mumbai, blending that urban experience with Kishmish’s innocence and wisdom. “The key to this character is maintaining her sweet and innocent self while showing how life has made her wise. She knows how to enjoy life without losing that purity,” Nikki explained.
The show is set to explore deeper relationships, especially the emotional bond between Kishmish and her brother. As the narrative unfolds, Kishmish realizes the sacrifice her brother made in sending her away for her safety. This storyline, Nikki believes, will resonate strongly with viewers as it highlights love, sacrifice, and acceptance in familial bonds.
