Miss Cheesecake is an Indian dessert startup founded in May 2024 by Narpat Singh Rathore and Pooja Balani from Jodhpur. The company specializes in offering light, affordable, and delicious cheesecakes, utilizing homemade cream cheese to reduce production costs while maintaining high quality. Despite getting no deal on the tank, the pitchers received Ritesh Agarwal's contact number and he made sure to reach out to them beyond the tank. In an exclusive conversation with Times Of India TV, here's what they shared:

Their experience in tank

It was an amazing experience, belonging to a tier 3 city from Jodhpur and the first brand from the city and the first startup which has reached this height. When people tell us that 'Jodhpur ka naam kar diya hai' feels amazing and the Shark Tank experience was just great, it was life-changing for us to be there.
Anupam's feedback on their cakes

So Anupam was lactose intolerant, we didn't know that so instead of the cheesecake we offered him the cake jar. And that jar doesn't have any added sugar to it. It is just the flavour's sweetness but he doesn't eat sugar at all it seemed so he wasn't impressed. But we took his feedback positively.

Ritesh shared his number with them

We felt so good, Ritesh sir related to our journey. He shared how he belonged to the same background and he didn't get funding initially. So he wrote his number behind the cheque and gave it to us. We are still connected and it is quite inspiring to have him in touch.

On the guidance offered by Ritesh

Ritesh sir contacted us through the channel and we had a meeting. He even guided us on how we can grow together. So things are on the talking stage, and we are getting great mentorship from him, he even helped us with exposure and got us connected to people who could help us build our business further.

Their vision and traction after the episode

Our offline store is just one and soon we are opening our second store. After the episode, our sales were 3x and we are doing really great. We are hoping that in the near future things will pump up further as we have limited SKUs we are doing great in the field. Our vision is to have 25 stores pan India and only e-commerce and online presence will help us better to grow.
