The much talked about TV show Lockdown Ki Love Story may have the curtains down on it very soon. If sources are to be believed, the show may be pulled off air in a few weeks. And that's because, as the source says, "The show has not been doing well on the TRP chart ever since it was launched. The makers have made several attempts to grab the attention of the viewers, but all their efforts have been in vain as the TRPs continued to fall.
The show will go off air in a few weeks from now, probably in two months' time."

Lockdown Ki Love Story is produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms and premiered on August 31 this year, starring Sana Sayyad and Mohit Malik in lead roles of Sonam and Dhruv. The show has popular actors like Vijay Tyagi, Jayati Bhatia, Deepika Upadhyay, Asutosh Tiwari, Rakesh Kukreti, Kashish Duggal, Ananya Khare and Nazea Hasan in pivotal roles.
"The show was shifted to the 11 PM slot on November 2 to accommodate the launch of new reality show Taare Zameen Par. The move was decided as a result of the show's average TRPs with the hope that airing after Yeh Hai Chahatein will increase its ratings. Last month, the character of Raghav (Anirudh Dave), Dhruv's estranged cousin in the show, was also introduced in the story. But that too didn't manage to help the show gain TRPs," added the source.
The theme of the series is based on the love story of a couple developing during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
