Exclusive - Ketaki Kulkarni on her acting journey with TV shows: From Barrister Babu to Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, I have grown exponentially in my craft

The recently launched show Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si starring Mohit Malik and Sayli Salunkhe in the lead roles also has a cute character in the show Parisa which is played by Ketaki Kulkarni. The actress exclusively spoke to ETimes TV about the growth she has experienced in her career from her debut show till now. Here's what Ketaki had to share:

Shows like Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta, have a focus on all the characters, does Baatein Kuch Ankahee also offer a track to Ketaki?

I am very excited about my track, the same thing happened in the film 1920. Initially, I wasn't shooting much but I was hopeful that something big would come my way so that I could prove my mettle. So even with Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, I am waiting for the makers to introduce a track for me where I will have a chance to prove my mettle and grow as an actor with the show. I am waiting for the chance to showcase my talent and what I can do.

How has the journey been from Barrister Babu to Baatein Ankahee Si for Ketaki?

I am growing because of the experience. After Savitri Bai Phule on DD, Barrister Babu was my first Hindi show. I was a complete newbie and I didn't have any experience. Initially, I was very nervous and had a few setbacks but then when I got the show Vighnaharta Ganesh, things changed completely for me as I got a chance to explore the mythological side of television. And then when I explored horror in 1920, all I can say is that I am climbing the ladder upwards and I wish that with Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, I keep growing the same way. I would say, from Barrister Babu to Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, I have grown exponentially in my craft.
