The actor spoke candidly about his much-talked-about bond with co-contestant Ashnoor Kaur and also responded to the allegations made by his ex-wife regarding infidelity. I’m overwhelmed by the response I’ve received after coming out. People were in tears, and seeing their emotions made me emotional too. Watching my journey made me realize how deeply people were connected to me. Honestly, I always said I might not win the trophy, but I’ll definitely win hearts — and I think I did just that. To be honest, at that time I was very hurt. I always valued relationships. I never thought about whether the other person would do the same or not. I was loyal to those relationships and was genuine, even in the game. Pranit knew I was playing strongly because we often discussed strategies, and I used to guide him a lot about the game. He probably felt threatened, and he played his move, and that’s fine. It’s part of the game. If I hadn’t gone, Ashnoor would have. But yes, it did hurt. I gave my all… in fact, more than 100 percent. I’m not sure whether it was planned or not, but I am out of the show anyway. From the very beginning, my goal was to make it to the top. I feel that not every topic gets addressed during the weekend episodes. But I noticed that Kunickaa often plays the woman card and frequently brings up her age. There’s fairness and unfairness inside the house, that’s part of the game, but using age as a shield or weapon didn’t sit right with me. I believe my personal life should have been kept out of the discussion, it’s something that belongs to my past. What truly matters is what’s happening inside the game. The makers should have addressed Tanya and Farrhana for repeatedly dragging my personal life into conversations. These allegations are completely baseless. Everything that happened is in the past. Our divorce was mutual and ended amicably. We were young when we got married and things did not work out so we parted ways. But it doesn't make any sense to come out now and accuse me. I feel in life, there are people who act like social parasites and fame diggers, it’s best to stay away from such negativity. I have worked hard for years to earn my place, putting in day and night of effort, and we shouldn’t let others take advantage of that. It’s quite normal for housemates to link people together, that’s something they enjoy doing. Ashnoor and I shared a very genuine connection. We were close friends, in fact, best friends. Gaurav bhai and my perspective about the game was completely different. I see him as an elder brother, and that’s exactly how I expressed it.
