Exclusive - Bigg Boss 16's Priyanka Chahar Choudhary: Always had a complaint with Ankit that he never expressed his feelings, but today his emotions took over

Bigg Boss 16 contestant Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, who emerged as the second runner-up of the controversial reality show, is not at all disappointed with the results. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, the actress stated she is happy for MC Stan. She also opened up about the allegations that she purposely picked fights with people for footage. Priyanka commented on the reports of the film offers that are made to her. The Udaariyaan actress also shared her feelings about close friend Ankit Gupta getting emotional after she did not win the show.

There’s no regret, trust me. It was a competition and it’s not necessary that I would win the show. I gave my 110 percent to the show but it is a part of the game and there are no regrets.

I always had this complaint with Ankit that he never expressed his feelings but today I learnt that he cried for me when I did not win the show. He felt bad that his friend did not win. I made him understand to be practical. He is actually practical but today his emotions took over everything. He must have felt bad.

When I came on stage, Salman Khan sir told me he praised me and I asked him what he actually said, he asked me to go and watch the episode. I was so overwhelmed that Salman Khan sir praised me, I was on cloud nine. I later got to know what all he said and I am going to watch the episode to experience it. For me it is a big achievement to hear such good things from Salman sir and it is like a winning moment for me.

Oh my God, yes I met my family after 4 months. My mother first came inside the house and later I met my father on the stage. I was so happy to see them because they have come to Mumbai for the first time. It was the happiest moment for me as the moment I stepped on the stage, they were standing in front of me. I can’t express the feeling of seeing them sitting in the audience and meeting them after 4 months. They are my life, my world and today they were in front of me and I was hugging them. Happiness is something different.

I think if MC Stan has won the show, he deserves it. I have got tremendous love from the fans but I think his ratio was bigger than mine. Audience loved him more and only one person could win the show. It’s totally fine. I am so happy for MC Stan. He was very real on the show and hence the audience could connect with him.

I would get into fights because I can’t see something wrong happening to someone, I am like that. If this is considered hijacking others' fights, I don’t mind. The changes I brought in myself were because of Salman Khan sir and not because of the contestants. I have become patient and started to respect others' points of view also. I have started to listen to people because sometimes even others can have a right point of view. So, I have learnt a lot from Salman Khan sir.

I don’t have any idea about Shah Rukh Khan sir’s film because I have just come out and haven’t got a chance to speak with anyone. Salman Sir had asked me to meet him after the show that I know but there is nothing more to it as of now. For me both are like Gods. I have no idea.

I have no idea about the offers as I have just come out. But I would like to say that it is not like I will quit working in television if I get films. I am fine working in any medium. I haven’t made any category in my mind. Whatever work I will like, I'll do it. Whether it is a show, film or a web series.

Ankit and I are just friends and we haven’t thought of anything. Everyone is asking me this but we haven’t planned anything. Our friendship is very strong and good and we don’t want to spoil it.
