Navratri celebrations began on Thursday (October 3). The celebration, also known as Shardiya Navratri, concludes on October 11 with Durga Visarjan. During the nine-day festival, Hindu followers worship Maa Durga and her nine forms, known as Navdurgas. Embracing the 9 days of celebration with the divine goddesses, Bhagya Lakshmi actress Aishwarya Khare gets candid about her Navratri celebration and fond memories of the festival. She even shared how she plans to celebrate this year.
Aishwarya Khare who essays the role of Lakshmi in Bhagya Lakshmi said, "Navaratri has always been one of the most special times of the year for me. As a child, I remember the joy of coming together with my family for our annual pooja at home, offering prayers to Goddess Durga, and binge-eating all the delicious food my mom used to make. Those moments are etched in my heart forever. This year, I’m excited to relive that festive spirit, dressing up in vibrant outfits, and attending the beautiful events that light up the city."
Aishwarya further added, "There’s something so magical about how the energy shifts during Navaratri, the streets come alive, and it feels like everyone is celebrating together. I have always been fond of visiting Gujarat during this festival and I hope I get to see the magical Garba nights celebrated there someday.
