Balveer actor Dev Joshi got engaged to Aarti Kharel, a banker, on January 19, in Nepal. The actor met Aarti during one of his road trips in Europe last year.
Dev said, “Aarti is from Nepal, but she is currently based in Finland. Last year, we were introduced by our family friends during a road trip abroad. We became friends and gradually got closer, and finally decided to get engaged.”
Talking about Aarti, he further said, “She is kind, very traditional and homely. I always wanted someone like her who I could connect with. We got engaged in Nepal, and later visited Ayodhya temple for darshan. We haven’t set a wedding date yet, but look forward to this new chapter in our lives. I am glad that I have found my soulmate."
On the work front, he will start shooting for his show Balveer 5 soon. Dev, who was also in the news for his trip to the moon, said, “The trip has been postponed, but I am hoping that it will happen soon." He said further, "I will start shooting for Balveer 5 very soon. The show is now on the digital platform. I enjoy doing the show because it is different and adventure-based. My fiancee Aarti has also watched the show and she loves it. Her entire family has watched Balveer. I am glad that they have watched my show." The actor is also training to become a pilot in Spain. He said, "After my graduation, I am learning how to become a pilot."
