Chandni Bhagwanani is currently seen as Pakhi in Rajan and Deepa Shahi’s Anupamaa. She stepped in the shoes of Muskan Bamne a few months ago to play Pakhi. Chandni in an exclusive chat shared that she is lucky to be associated with such a brilliant show and also mentioned that if people don’t like her character, that is proof that she is doing her job well.

She said, “Some people like Pakhi's character because she's straightforward, she is a no-nonsense person, and she is probably the only person right now adding masala to the show. At the same time, there are people who aren't fond of Pakhi because they find her too rude, with poor behavior towards her parents.”

“If people don't like me, that makes me believe that I'm doing my work well. I feel it's a very unique and different character that I have never played before, which is great, and fun to play. The rest is up to the audience's preference. I'm just focused on doing my job,” she added.

Chandni mentioned that Anupamaa has set a benchmark, and has raised the bar for content on TV. She said, “Everybody has loved the show since day one because it's a very realistic, relatable, and comparable show. I think everything we portray in the show resonates with everyone.”

She is full of gratitude and went on to praise the cast and crew of the show, especially the producers, for making her feel like family.

“I feel very humbled to be part of one of the world's top shows. Everybody here is so nice, and sweet, and it feels like family. I enjoy working with them. And I'm very honored to be a part of such a huge show and a great production house. Rajan Sir is one of the most legendary producers, and I'm truly delighted to be a part of their company and family. I hope our relationship grows even stronger, and we continue to do more shows together,” Chandni concluded.
