Laughter Chef Season 2, known for its fun themes and celebrity guests, is set to feature some of television’s most beloved on-screen bahus. However, what’s creating the biggest buzz online is Isha Malviya’s much-anticipated entry. Her appearance has caught everyone’s attention as it marks the first time she comes face-to-face with her exes, Abhishek Kumar and Samarth Jurel, since their dramatic stint on Bigg Boss 17. Recently, in an exclusive interview with the Times of India TV, Abhishek Kumar and Samarth reacted to their meeting with ex-girlfriend Isha Malviya on Laughter Chefs season 2 semi-finale.
Reacting to the reunion, he said, "It was a very good moment and I was the one who took the initiative to talk to her. Krushna bhai took us towards Isha to dance on her popular song. Woh gaana kitna viral hogaya hai. She is doing some great work and I feel everyone is doing good job in their respective space. Shayad aisa portray hojaata hoga that we hate each other but there is nothing like that. Nobody hates anyone and we all are somehow connected to each other."
He added, "It is a very small industry and kabhi na kabhi ek dusre se takrana hai so we took everything very normally. Even she (Isha) handled everything in a good way. I would like to tell the viewers to please watch the semi-finale it is going to be an amazing episode."
Samarth dodged the question and chose to refrain from commenting on the topic. Abhishek continued, "We both were comfortable when she came on the show. There was no awkward moment on the show and we knew that she was going to come for an episode, she also knew that she was coming on our show. So mentally we were prepared and we knew as the creative team had informed us."
Samarth Jurel and Abhishek Kumar, who had a major fallout during Bigg Boss 17 due to their shared history with Isha Malviya, surprised many by mending their differences and forming a friendship after the show ended. Commenting on their newfound bond, Samarth said, "When two people have a clean heart we automatically bond with the other person."
Abhishek added about their bond, "Jab aapko pata hota hai ke ye bhi ussi cheez se guzra hai ek time par toh thodi bahot caring ek dusre ke liye ban jaati hai. We never put any extra effort, we developed a bond automatically with each other. We both have become so comfortable with each other, you can sense that through our interviews also, we know how to react when we are together. Like Sudeshji and Krushna bhai, I feel our bond is also very organic. It has worked for us."
For the uninitiated, Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya fell in love with each other while working together on Udaariyaan. However, they had an ugly break-up. Later, Isha developed feelings for Samarth Jurel and they started dating, but they broke-up after Bigg Boss 17.
