Everything about Roadies 19's first transgender contestant Neerja Punia

For the first time, Roadies broke down social barriers by welcoming someone across genders. Neerja Punia surprised the gang leaders and host Sonu Sood during the audition with her passion, determination, and endurance. She described Haryana's poor awareness and education system, as well as a lack of chances.

Neerja stated that the transgender population is treated like beggars in Haryana and that there is no information about it.She stated that she uses social media to raise awareness about transgender issues. Neerja successfully completed all of the offline audition stages.

During the Roadies 19 auditions, another unique contestant was sighted beside Neerja Punia. Shubham Chaudhary, a Ghaziabad-based model and content producer, has experienced hearing and speech impediments since childhood. Shubham models for fashion designers and major brands.
Shubham auditioned with the help of a friend who translated his language to the gang leaders and host, Sonu Sood. Shubham is also a YouTuber, where he broadcasts vlogs of his daily life in Delhi as well as videos of himself singing in sign language. The gang leaders also learnt a few signs from the contestant.
