Elephant at Gokuldham Society

It may sound weird but this is what is happening in Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah of Asit Kumarr Modi. Dr Haathi is hell bent on breaking the Govinda set up at Gokuldham Society.
Since he cannot climb on Human pyramid to do so, he come up with a novel idea and in walks an elephant in the society premises. Everybody is shocked and amused but Dr Hathi is extremely happy because now he has something to climb on.Only debate is whether this is permissible? Will he not be disqualified if he broke dahee haandi by climbing on back of an elephant? And will the mahawat of elephant allow him to climb up?
