Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 5. Last weekend,
Naagin 5
aired its premiere episode and introduced the new entries –
Surbhi Chandna, Mohit Sehgal and Sharad Malhotra.
Ekta Kapoor shared a series of images introducing Surbhi aka Bani’s role in the latest season. She wrote, “Reveal of new Naagin...Punarjanam. Aa rahi hai apne pyaar aur revenge ke liye!! @officialsurbhic #naagin5.”
The actress is definitely all set to sizzle on television as the new ‘Naagin’.
Last weekend,
Hina Khan,
Mohit Malhotra and Dheeraj Dhoopar paved way for the new entries. After pulling the plug on season 4 soon, Ekta had promised to come back with a ‘dhamekedaar’ script for the fifth season.
She introduced Hina Khan, Mohit Malhotra and Dheeraj Dhoopar’s entry with a cameo intro sequence and their characters have taken rebirth after 10,000 years as Surbhi Chandna (Bani), Mohit Sehgal (Jay) and Sharad Malhotra (Veer).
Sharad will be playing the negative lead. The season 5 premiere episode also ranked 1 on the channel’s TRP charts. Overall, the show is third on the TRP charts.
