Eijaz Khan excited about his theatre debut

Eijaz Khan is all set to venture into a new territory — theatre.Khan will be seen as Peter Fernandes, who is a master in flirting and seducing, in Anton Chekov’s hilarious play The Seduction, which will be staged in Mumbai this Tuesday.Eijaz is working hard to get into the nuances. He insists an actor grows only when he comes out of his comfort zone. “Earlier I didn’t have the patience to pursue theatre, but am hopeful that this transition will definitely enlighten me as an actor and a human being,” he said, adding that currently he is involved in every aspect of his play — right from pre-production to music, designs and marketing of the play — as he feels that to own something you have to live it. The play, directed by Manish Gandhi,will also star Hima Singh and Gyanendra Tripathi. EijazKanwarKabootar
