Donal Bisht: Becoming an actor was my childhood dream

who’s popular for her role in the TV show Roop 'Ek Mard Ka Naya Swaroop', opens up to us about how being an actress has been a childhood dream and her passion for acting.

The actress who made the big switch from being a journalist to being an actor, says, “As a child, I would dream of myself as an actress. When I would watch movies, I would imagine myself as the actress, and just slip away into this beautiful picture where I am the actress of the film- pleasant, sweet memories” When Donal started pursuing journalism, she would still dream of being an actress, although she loved her job. “I think being a journalist is truly powerful- you’re unstoppable. A journalist has the power to help so many, and truly bring about a change. And although I was in love with my job, I remember dreaming away at my desk- thinking of pursuing acting as a profession” she adds.Talking about her passion for acting, she says, “As an actor, I love the opportunity to live the stories of different characters, and I love how I’m a totally different person with each role that I’m playing! I think that’s pretty interesting and super cool!”After taking the leap of faith, Donal left her career of journalism and joined the people of the tinseltown. She was later seen in several television shows like 'Kalash Ek Vishwas', 'Ek Deewana Tha', 'Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji' among many others.
