Dipika Kakar shoots despite being unwell, see pic

Sasural Simar Ka actress Dipika Kakar has been in news for her real life relationship with co-actor Shoaib Ibrahim. The actress has been shooting non-stop for her show which has now taken a toll on her health. This has not stopped her for performing.

Dipika posted a picture of hers all tired and weak sitting in the car as she heads to see the doctor. She wrote, "Terribly unwell!! came for shoot in the morning, finished my scenes now headed to the doctor!! With achievements comes great responsibilities actors life no cake walk trust me guys!!!"

Earlier it was Kishwer Merchantt who had posted on Twitter about herself being unwell and now it's Dipika.
TV celebrities have time and again proved their efficiency by delivering their best despite all the hurdles and troubles they face.
