Dipika Kakar reacts as Pakistan reportedly violates ceasefire; says 'Yet another cowardly act..'
Dipika Kakar shared a message in response to initial reports of a ceasefire breach by Pakistan. For the unversed, on May 10, 2025, both India and Pakistan agreed to halt all military engagement. Just hours after the agreement, there were reports that Pakistan had disregarded the ceasefire, and India’s defense forces responded firmly to the alleged provocation.
Dipika reacted to the incident and lashed out at Pakistan for violating the ceasefire. Being a daughter of an Army officer, Dipika expressed her emotions through an Instagram Story, where she strongly condemned the situation, referring to Pakistan's actions as an act of cowardice.
She wrote, "Violating the ceasefire in just a few hours. Yet another cowardly act by Pakistan! This is not only disrespecting the spirit of an agreement but also strikes at the hope for peace. Terrorism ko pannah dena aur kehna ki humara koi lena dena nahi yeh toh inki purani history hai!"

And for the families of civilians who are staying in the areas... we cannot even imagine how terrifying this time is for all of them!"
