Dipika Kakar faced health issues recently after she was diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer and had to go through a challenging 14-hour-surgery. However, now she is home and is on the road to recovery. Dipika's son Ruhaan turned a year older on June 21 and the Ibrahim family celebrated his second birthday in a low-key affair.
Dipika and Shoaib opted for a quiet celebration for their son Ruhaan’s birthday. In a recent vlog, Dipika and Shoaib expressed how they had originally planned a big celebration for his second birthday, but due to unexpected situations they decided to keep the occasion simple and stay at home. To make the day memorable, the couple arranged some lovely decorations. Dipika also shared a touching message on Instagram, expressing her love for Ruhaan and wishing him a life filled with good health and happiness.
Sharing an adorable video of the mother-son duo, Dipika wrote, "Before the days ends ….. heres wishing my Strong bacha a Very Happy Birthday… Meri har dua tere liye mere bache … Allah hamesha khush rakhe hamesha Salamat rakhe… Mumma loves u … And my Ruhaan is mumma ki… Jaannnnnn."

The Ibrahim family recently celebrated Shoaib's birthday on June 20 and it was also an intimate celebration at home with just family and friends. Fans and close ones sent their best wishes to the family.
