under her mother’s guidance.

She is a rockstar in the kitchen. Mommy Dimpy reveals how she stressed during Reanna’s growing years and struggled between cooking and attending her kid.

Hence, she got her daughter involved in the kitchen so that she imbibes the values of sharing the load and also be confident enough to do her own thing. Risotto is a big favorite in our family. It’s delicious fast and really easy to make if u know how to do it. Having said that cooking is not the same relaxing process it used it be before I became a mom especially with a little one pulling at your pants! Obviously I struggled through it during Reanna's toddler years but as we graduated to preschool years and Reanna started understanding the world around her more, receive and follow instructions I decided to involve her more in my kitchen. Results: I no more have to rush through making meals while she sleeps and stop everything when she wakes up. She feels involved and important when she is able to help me which personally I feel helps kids a lot in developing their self-confidence and developing a character. She also takes more interest in eating her food because to her its something she has made! (She is a very picky eater, otherwise) And it keeps her busy while you get your job done too!! I get asked for recipes a lot of times, so here's a glimpse of what we do while cooking a meal and also us sharing one of our favorite recipes. If you are a vegetarian you can always skip the chicken and add mushroom. Tastes equally good (Confession: I forgot to get mushrooms, but the truffle oil made up for it)”

Dimpy got married to boyfriend Rohit Roy, a Dubai-based businessman in November 2015.

On the work front, Dimpy participated in Bigg Boss and gained a lot of limelight. Dimpy has taken a break from TV and is enjoying her time with her family.
