Dilip Joshi to Ram Kapoor; TV celebs take Covid-19 vaccination and urge people to take precautionary health measures

Dilip Joshi

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’s Jethalal aka Dilip Joshi shared that he and his wife took the first dose of vaccination. Further requesting everyone to make sure that whosoever qualifies the age bracket of the vaccination gets it done, he wrote, “Asli mazza ‘JAB’ ke saath aata hai! My wife and I took our first dose of the Covid vaccine. If you qualify or know someone who qualifies, make sure to get vaccinated or help others along the process. Thank you to the staff. #vakkchin #vaccine #vaccinessavelives #NaToCorona #JabToBeatCorona”

Archana Puran Singh

Archana wrote on Instagram, “Got registered on the Covin website. Incredibly I got an appointment for the very same day. Put on the first thing I found in my wardrobe. Within a couple of hours I was back home, happily vaccinated. The entire vaccination process itself took all of 15 mins! When you look at the enormous task of vaccinating more than a billion people, our Indian frontline and healthcare workers are doing a job of unprecedented and unmatched excellence and dedication.”

Raghu Ram

Roadies fame Raghu Ram shared a pic of himself taking the vaccination and wrote, “Message for internet "experts": The earth is not flat. 5G does not transmit a virus. Bill Gates is not a James Bond villain. Evolution is real. So is the Holocaust. No, I didn't scream like a little *¥®^$ when jabbed by a needle. Surveillance through vaccinations is as impossible as it is unnecessary. The govt already tracks you through id cards, facial recognition software, your computer and your phone. Take that stupid looking tin foil hat off your head. Vaccines work. Go get yours.”

Vishal Dadlani

Indian Idol 12 judge Vishal Dadlani also received the first shot of vaccination. The singer-composer said he barely feels any after-effect apart from a sore shoulder. "Got my first shot of the Covid-19 vaccine yesterday. Super arrangements at Leelavati Hospital, Bandra West. Barely any 'after-effects' today, just a slightly sore shoulder from the needle. Science WILL beat this damned virus! #GoGetVaccinated #OneForAllAllForOne #ForIndia," Dadlani wrote on Twitter.
