Devoleena Bhattacharjee has been attending her brother’s wedding in Guwahati, Assam and she posted some beautiful pictures from there. Taking to social media, Devoleena welcomed the newest member of their family.
While in one of the posts, Devoleena shared wedding pictures, in another post she wrote, “Together for Life. My lovelies. Shower all your love & bless the beautiful couple for a beautiful married life ahead. The newest & youngest member of #Bhattacharjee family @sonowalprismita. WELCOME HOME MRS. BHATTACHARJEE.”
The bride, Devoleena’s sister-in-law, looks beautiful in a traditional Assamese get-up – Mekhala Chador.
Devoleena, dressed in a beige and gold sari, poses with her entire family and can be seen enjoying to the fullest.
The actress has been posting several pictures from her hometown in traditional wear.
Devoleena, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya's original 'Gopi Bahu', returned to the second season of the show for a brief period. The return also marked her 10 years as Gopi bahu in June. She shared, "Though I might not be a part of Saathiya 2 for a longer period. But reliving the character again even for a second is a great pleasure for me."
Devoleena has been working on a short film that she has shot with Renuka Shahane. She told IANS, "Working with Renuka ji was on my bucket list from the time I started acting.”
The actress is also hoping to do some interesting roles on TV.
