Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shanwaz Shaikh are the new parents in town. The actress has now opened up about her life. The video shows Shanwaz discussing how the baby refuses to sleep unless she carries it in her arms. Shanwaz also joked that he couldn't feel his hands anymore, alluding to Thakur, the renowned character from Sholay.
Shanawaz shared, "Yeh mere haath nahi hain, Thakur ke haath kat gaye hain. Mere haath me sense nahi ho rahe hain. Ye bacha bolta hai, haath par loge toh sounga. Jitna der ghumaoge, utni der sounga. Aur jaise hi neeche daloge, main rounga. (Those are not my hands. I can't feel them. This baby wants that you hold him in your arms. He will only sleep in his arms and would cry instantly if placed down).
Despite the pain and challenges, the parents laugh aloud and reflect on their tremendous love for the newborn. Later in the video, we hear Devoleena question Shanwaz, "Tumhara morning duty shuru ho gaya hai?"
Shanwaz, who was visibly tired, replied, "Morning, night kuch pata nahi chal raha hai. Mera haath mehsoos nahi ho raha hai ki yeh mera haath hai ya nai hai. Itna gym karna ke bad bhi nahi bache hain mere pas. (Morning and night, everything is the same these days. I can't feel my hands. Despite exercising out, my hands have given up.)
Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Shanwaz Shaikh welcomed their baby child last December. A day later, the actress released the news poster with a beautiful video on Instagram. The clip included a letter that stated, “Thrilled to announce the arrival of our bundle of joy, our Baby Boy. Elated parents Devoleena and Shanwaz." As a side note, she wrote, "Hello, world! "Our little angel BOY is here."
