Deepshikha Nagpal celebrated her birthday on Sunday with her family and friends. She decided to have a Bollywood-themed party and dressed up like Parveen Babi, one of her favourite actresses. Incidentally, Deepshikha is often compared to Parveen Babi; people say the two have a lot of similarities in terms of looks.

Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah, Poonam Dhillon, Abbas Mustan, Mika Singh, Sheeba, Kunika Lal, Sushant Divgikar and Avinash Wadhavan were present. We also spotted Siddharth Dhavan, Imran Khan, Gurpreet Chadha, Kanchan Adhikari, Sandip Soparrkar, Shanti Priya, Rohit Verma, Rehan Shah, Karan Khandelwal among others. Many guests were dressed as Bollywood characters, keeping in tune with the party’s theme. Deepshikha also cut a Bollywood themed- cake.
On the work front, Deepshikha is currently playing a positive role on TV. She says, "When I was offered this character, I was told that it would be a completely positive character. I was overjoyed to hear this. I have always been seen in a very glamorous avatar, with grey shades. This is my first positive role on TV and I am enjoying it."
