I just did a photoshoot by wearing those heels and standing. Gurmeet helped me wear those heels and we just shot that as a video. Neither did I run on the road or walked around in those heels. So obviously, please try and understand. Don’t get hyper and think that I am running a marathon in those heels. So I hope you got my answer to 'Why did you wear heels'."

Her note read, "To me, the most gratifying and fulfilling love I have ever experienced is the love I have received from my babies. That selflessly selfish yet selfishly selfless kind, when they can't help but only think of you in their happiest, saddest, angriest, sleepiest, crankiest, hungriest moments, making you feel like some magical being and putting you on an almost god-like pedestal that can solve all the problems in their world, is what gives me a purpose every single day, to be a better person, to see the world with hopeful eyes even in the darkest of times, to let go of all that's painful and just be happy that regardless of what judgements the world might pass about me, I will always be their "mum". How I know this? Because I'm still like that with mine ;) Can't believe very soon this love will become x3!"

Anupama actress Anagha Bhosale in a chat with BT revealed how the pressure of looking good in showbiz affected her mental health adversely. She shared how her shows consumed all her time. Hence, hitting the gym became difficult for her. She said, "The constant battle to stay thin followed by an unhealthy relationship with food, began. Every time I saw a tasty dish or something was placed on my plate, I felt guilty about eating it. I was always scared that I would put on weight. Since I had already gained a few kilos, the struggle to lose that was anyway on. The whole situation got worse when I actually felt like throwing up whatever I ate, so that I wouldn't put on weight. This was unhealthy and it affected my mental health. That's when I realised how the pressures of showbiz along with unhealthy competition and politics were too much. Many people would compliment me in person saying, 'Anagha you are quite thin in real life, but on TV you look quite chubby.' This was affecting me and I realised that I had to fix this obsession to look perfect." The actress has now quit showbiz to focus on her mental health.
