Dance India Dance 7: Kareena Kapoor Khan to turn 39; celebrates birthday on the sets

Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan will turn 39 on September 21 and the actress celebrated her birthday on the sets of her debut reality TV show – Dance India Dance 7. The episode will air this weekend and the viewers will be in for a treat as DID celebrates Bebo’s birthday. Taking a look at some of the pics.

The cast and crew planned to surprise their dearest Bebo. They invited some of her biggest fans. Making another attempt to win Kareena’s heart, host Karan Wahi narrated a sweet poem for her. An overwhelmed Kareena said, “I am really touched by the team’s gesture. Everyone on this show has supported me and it has been a wonderful journey.”

The celebrations culminated into the sweetest moment when Kareena was invited to cut a delicious, two-tier chocolate cake, packed with fresh fruits freshly prepared at her favourite bakery.

Master of dance, Saroj Khan honoured the stage of Dance India Dance to encourage the contestants and judge them. Kareena and Saroj fed each other cakes.

Singing sensation Dhvani Bhanushali sang some of Kareena’s superhit songs on the stage of DID for the birthday girl. Kareena and Karan Wahi entertained all with their dance moves.

The entire team of Dance India Dance took the opportunity to celebrate the special day. They performed to her iconic songs like ‘Mauja-he-Majua’, ‘Sansanan’, ‘it’s criminal’, ‘Bhage Re Mann’ leaving everyone nostalgic and ensuring they entertain all.

Kareena said, “By the end of it, I think I am definitely going to cry and miss all of you. Let me tell everyone that I am always waiting for the shoot of DID, coming on set and watching all the performances by our champions. I am delighted at all the love showered upon me and deeply grateful for everything.”
