City stand-up comedian gets his first big break on television

Manan Desai, who is quite popular in Gujarat thanks to his online videos and live performances as a stand-up comedian, has just landed his first big break on television.
Manan has shot for a special episode of the show Comedy Nights Bachao and he is pretty upbeat about it.
An excited Manan tells us, “This was a unique episode because here, it was the turn of Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek, who usually roast celebrity guests, to get roasted by other guests, which included me.I had great fun doing this episode and sharing the same stage with the likes of Neha Dhupia, Varun Sharma and Ravi Kishan. It is an experience that I will cherish forever.”

He adds, “I have learnt a lot from this experience, which will help me in my live shows in the future. Today, there is a lot of competition and almost everyone has good content. It’s how you present it to the audience that really matters.”
