Child actor Raanav Sharma celebrates Children's Day on sets of Yeh Hai Chahatein, says ‘I'm happy to shoot action scenes today’

Child actor Raanav Sharma is happy about celebrating Children's Day on the sets of Ekta Kapoor's television show, 'Yeh Hai Chahatein'

He said, "It's just been a week since I started my shoots for Yeh Hai Chahatein, and I'm enjoying my bond with the team here. They are very much fun-loving and keep making me feel so special. Today on Children's Day, everyone is giving me extra attention. And I'm enjoying shooting as I'm performing some action scenes to protect my on-screen mother (Shagun Sharma) from goons. I'm thankful to Ekta ma'am for this opportunity."

The 6-year-old actor Raanav plays the son of Pravisht Mishra (IAS Arjun Bajwa) and Shagun Sharma (IAS Kashvi) in the show.

On managing his studies Raanav, who is in 1st standard, said, "My father Rahul Sharma is also an actor, he helps me in my managing acting and studies along with my mom. My dad teaches me to act and my mom takes care of my daily routine. She keeps a check on my shoot schedule and syllabus, homework, school attendance and exams. Whenever I'm not shooting I attend my school."

Raanav is known for featuring in shows like Pandya Store, Muskurane Ki Wajah Tum Ho, Choti Sarrdaarni, Balika Vadhu 2 among others. He also featured in popular movie, Gadar 2.
