After roping in Rajat Tokas as

Chandragupta Maurya

and Shweta Basu Prasad as his love interest, the makers have now finalised its key character, Chanakya.

Sources close to the show inform us that noted actor, Manoj Kolhatkar who has acted in films like 'Ugly', 'Halla Bol' has been finalised to play Chanakya. The shooting for the show will commence soon.

Manoj Kolhatkar remained unavailable for comments.
