Besides Chak De, Tanya has been a part of Love Youu Soniya, a Punjabi movie. On the small screen, she played the central character of Santosh in 'Yeh Hai Ashiqui' on UTV bindass.
Tanya recently quit CID after being a part of it for several years as the makers apparently had plans to revamp the 18-year-old show.
