Chaahat Pandey’s former co-actor Anupama Solanki calls her eviction from Bigg Boss 18 shocking

Anupama Solanki finds Chaahat Pandey’s eviction from Bigg Boss 18... Read More
Actress Anupama Solanki has expressed her disappointment over Chaahat Pandey’s recent eviction from Bigg Boss. The two acted in the show Nath – Krishna Aur Gauri Ki Kahani. Anupama says, “I expected Chaahat to be the first or second runner-up, so her eviction is quite shocking. She played solo and made it to the final stages of the show without any alliances, proving she was a strong contestant. In my opinion, she contributed more to the show than Chum Darang and Shilpa Shirodkar. That said, the only aspect I couldn’t relate to was Chaahat breaking down on multiple occasions. She’s not someone who easily sheds tears. However, when you’re confined and feel isolated in a place like the Bigg Boss house, it’s hard not to become vulnerable.”

She is also disappointed by the unnecessary chatter surrounding Chaahat’s personal life on social media. The actress, who has also been part of shows such as Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Kuch Reet Jagat Ki Aisi Hai, shares, “I don’t understand why people made such a fuss over her being in the pool. Naturally, no one swims in salwar kameez; you wear a short dress or swimwear. It felt like an unnecessary discussion. Moreover, the man lifting her in the pool was her younger brother. It’s disappointing how some people’s narrow-mindedness leads them to misinterpret innocent situations without knowing the facts.”

Despite the eviction, Anupama is optimistic about her former co-actor’s future. “I’m currently in Ujjain, but I’ll meet her once I return to Mumbai. This is not the end of course and I’m sure Chaahat will soon be seen in a new TV show. So, her fans need not lose heart over her eviction,” she signs off.

The 18th season of the reality show, set to conclude this weekend, currently features Shilpa Shirodkar, Vivian Dsena, Karan Veer Mehra, Rajat Dalal, Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh, and Chum Darang competing for the trophy.
