Bigg Boss OTT 2 finale took place on August 14 at 9 pm. After almost two months, the reality show found its top 5 finalists in Abhishek Malhan, Elvish Yadav, Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve, and Pooja Bhatt. While they are all strong contenders, it remains to be seen which one bags the trophy. The finale night has lots in store for the viewers of Bigg Boss OTT Season 2. The show saw some dhamakedaar performances by Pooja Bhatt and Bebika Dhurve. Even evicted contestants Falaq Naaz and Avinash Sachdev will dance together. Big Bollywood celebs and TV stars are expected to join the grand finale. Ayushmann Khurrana, Ananya Panday, Krushna Abhishek are some of the names. Host Salman Khan announced Elvish Yadave as Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner at the end of the episode. He won the sparkling trophy and also Rs 25 lakh cash prize

When a paparazzi asked his top 2. He said everyone in the top 5 is very deserving and it’s hard for him to choose one. When the paparazzi insisted him on naming his top two, he took Pratik and Tejasswi’s names. “Everyone who is in the top 5 is very deserving and it’s very hard to name one. Elvish, Abhishek, Pooja and everyone has done great. I can’t name one but if you insist then I must say that Tejasswi and Pratik are forever going to be my top 2.”

Bigg Boss OTT 2 ex-contestant Jad Hadid shared a post on his Instagram where he apologised to Jiya Shankar and her fans for his unfair behaviour with her after the nomination task. In the video, Jad said sorry to Jiya for not understanding her in the house and her true intentions. Jad said, “Now the thing is Jiya’s fans are going a bit local on me. I owe you guys an apology, Jiya is a great girl, we just had some misunderstandings and you know you are not in our shoes to understand what we go through in the house believe me, because small problems outside the house for you are huge to us inside the house. It's my fault by the time I understand the game it was a bit too late, unfortunately.”

Abhishek Malhan hospitalised due to health issues
Just ahead of the grand finale, Abhishek Malhan's sister Prerna informed that he has been hospitalised due to health issues. She wrote, "Just got to know Abhishek is quite unwell and probably admitted to the hospital. So, he won’t be able to perform for y’all tonight. He has entertained us thoroughly through and through the season. Let’s pray for his speedy recovery."

Bigg Boss OTT 2 grand finale is all set to kickstart tonight at 9 pm. The top finalists this time are Abhishek Malhan, Elvish Yadav, Manisha Rani, Bebika Dhurve and Pooja Bhatt. All of them have fought hard for close to two months to get to the finale. And tonight is when the winner of the reality show will be declared by none other than Bollywood superstar and host Salman Khan.
