‘Bigg Boss OTT 2’ fame Jiya Shankar dismisses engagement rumors with Abhishek Malhan; calls them ‘false’

Jiya Shankar has finally put an end to rumours linking her romantically to Fukra Insaan, also known as Abhishek Malhan. Jiya has now firmly shut down the speculation. She addressed the buzz directly on social media and made it clear that the claims had no truth to them.On Tuesday night, Jiya took to Instagram and shared a romantic photo with a mystery man. In the picture, he kisses her on the forehead as they pose closely. Along with the image, Jiya addressed the ongoing chatter and wrote, “Let’s leave false rumours in 2025!” Making it clear that she is not engaged to Abhishek Malhan. The clarification came a day after a post by Telly Khazana went viral, claiming that Jiya and Abhishek were planning to get engaged soon. It stated, “It’s official! Fukra Insaan and Jiya Shankar have made their relationship public, and reports say an engagement could be on the way. Wishing this cute couple love and happiness always.” Other posts on X went a step further and claimed they were already engaged. Jiya’s post put an immediate stop to the speculation.Jiya and Abhishek first met inside the reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT 2'. Their friendship on the show and a later music video collaboration fueled dating rumours. However, in 2024, Jiya had already clarified that they were never more than friends.At the time, she wrote a strong note stating, “Saying this for ONE LAST TIME to whoever it concerns!
