Bigg Boss OTT season 2 is entertaining the audience and the show is generating good numbers. The success of the show has made the makers extend the show for two weeks. Recently, speculations were rife in the media that host Salman Khan had decided to quit the show after his picture holding a cigarette in his hand while hosting the show went viral. However, sources close to the show dismissed the rumours and assured that the Bollywood star will be back to hosting the show on this Weekend Ka Vaar.
While news of Salman Khan quitting the show as the host including the ongoing Bigg Boss OTT has been circulating. A statement of Salman Khan from the the launch event is doing the rounds.

Salman Khan has been the host of Bigg Boss for the last 13 seasons and took over as the host of Bigg Boss OTT season this season. The previous season was hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar.
