Bigg Boss 19's Neelam Giri on Tanya Mittal unfollowing her on social media; says 'bahot he bachkand harkat hai'
Bigg Boss 19 is over, but the controversies don’t seem to die down. Tanya Mittal and Neelam Giri, who shared a close bond inside the show and were always seen together, are no longer friends. After Bigg Boss 19 wrapped up, Tanya unfollowed Neelam, and the latter unfollowed her back in anger. Recently, Neelam appeared as a guest on Paras Chhabra’s podcast, where she revealed what went wrong in her friendship with Tanya.

Speaking about Tanya unfollowing her on social media, the actress shared, "After Tanya’s eviction, we met at the finale and spoke properly. Inside the house, we had made so many plans about meeting and hanging out later, but once outside, things changed. I went back home, and for a few days, I didn’t hear from her. I didn’t even have her number, so I was wondering how to get in touch. One day, a friend called me and asked if I knew what was going on. When I asked what happened, she told me that Tanya had unfollowed me. I was shocked and confused. I hadn’t even noticed it myself because I was busy; someone else had to tell me. When I checked and saw it was true, I felt really hurt. In anger, I unfollowed her back."
She added, "I felt she could have spoken to me directly instead of taking a step that could be misunderstood. We were friends, and I’m someone who listens and understands. Inside the Bigg Boss house, I genuinely heard her out and enjoyed listening to her stories. In the early days, she opened up mainly with me, and many of those moments wouldn’t have come out if I hadn’t been there. Inside the house, she often told me, “If you want to share anything, talk to me. Don’t talk to Amaal or Shehbaz.” But her behaviour changed after she came out of Bigg Boss 19."

The Bhojpuri actress also revealed how Tanya behaved indifferent during the Bigg Boss 19 success bash. "At the first success party, she came to meet everyone. Natalia and I were busy dancing, and I didn’t even realise when she arrived. She was greeting people, but honestly, I was upset with her. I didn’t go and hug her immediately because I was hurt by the controversy she had created. She held my hand and asked how I was, and I simply said I was fine. If I were in her place, I would have spoken properly as a friend and asked what went wrong. Instead, she just said hello and moved on. Later, Kunickaa ma’am stepped in and brought us together to sort things out. Tanya and I then hugged and clicked a few pictures together," she shared.
However, things were misinterpreted, and Neelam revealed that rumours were doing the rounds claiming she had asked Tanya to click a few photos with her at the first Bigg Boss 19 success party. Dismissing these claims, she said, "There were rumours that I asked Tanya for photos, which is completely untrue. Why would I do that? There were already photographers wanting to click our pictures together. And when we weren’t on good terms or even talking properly, why would I want photos with her? When she unfollowed me, it felt like she ended everything, and I found that very petty. Unfollowing over such small issues is childish. I feel such minor things were unnecessarily blown out of proportion. Main wohi bol rahi hoon bahot he bachkand harkat hai, itne chote chote cheez ko pakad ke aapne bada bana diya hai."
