Bigg Boss 19: Ashnoor Kaur wins jury task as housemates stand by her against Farhana Bhatt’s ‘fake sweet’ allegation
Bigg Boss 19 witnessed another “Weekend Ka Vaar,” but this time with superstar Akshay Kumar as the host. Akshay brought both fun and intensity to the weekend episode with his energy and wit. Along with addressing housemates’ behaviour over the past week, he also introduced a fiery new task that quickly turned the house into a courtroom.
In this jury-style trial, contestants Ashnoor Kaur and Farhana Bhatt were put in the spotlight. The task quickly turned intense when Farhana accused Ashnoor of being “fake sweet.” Farhana said she had observed Ashnoor for weeks and did not believe anyone could be so nice all the time. She admitted, “Activity area me maine jaan bujh kar usse trigger kiya… aur uska ruthless, brutal side dekha.” (In the activity area, I purposely tried to trigger her, and I saw her ruthless, brutal side.)
Ashnoor, however, stayed calm and defended herself, saying, “Har insaan ki personality hoti hai. Agar koi mujhse directly panga nahi le raha, toh why would I not be good to them? That doesn’t make me fake.” (Everyone has their own personality. If someone is not picking a fight with me, why would I not be good to them? That doesn’t mean I am fake.)
Tanya Mittal also recalled how Ashnoor handled situations maturely when her name was linked with Abhishek Bajaj inside the house. Tanya said, “Ashnoor ko clearly gussa aata hai, she knows how to put her point across, but she doesn’t want to spoil relations unnecessarily.” (Ashnoor does get angry, she knows how to make her point, but she doesn’t want to ruin relationships unnecessarily.)
Ashnoor herself admitted that while she didn’t like her name being linked, she stayed calm to protect her friendship. However, she recalled losing her cool when Tanya and Farhana commented on her profession. “Mujhe bola gaya actress wali insecurity aur TV wali ho… that was unfair.” (I was told I have an actress’s insecurity and that I am a TV girl… that was unfair), she said.
In a dramatic turn, almost the entire house stood up in support of Ashnoor, leaving only Kunicka Sadanand seated. Even she clarified, “Ashnoor fake nahi lagti, bas mera mixed opinion hai.” (Ashnoor doesn’t seem fake, I just have a mixed opinion.)
Finally, Akshay Kumar, playing the role of judge, gave his verdict. He said, “Farhana, aap ye case buri tarah se haar gayi ho… kyunki aapke khilaf poora ghar khada hai.” (Farhana, you have badly lost this case because the entire house is standing against you.) With this overwhelming support, Ashnoor became the clear winner of the task, proving that the Bigg Boss 19 house sees her as a genuine and strong contestant.
