Arfeen Khan is a renowned Indian mind coach who has worked with A-list celebrities and collaborated with numerous stars, helping thousands of people across the country with his mind coaching expertise. He specializes in personal transformation and mental well-being. His wife, Sara Arfeen Khan (born 11 December 1985), is also a mind coach, as well as an actress and television host. Sara focuses on training individuals in mental wellness and self-empowerment, using her skills to inspire and uplift those she coaches.

Arfeen Khan is a life coach and author who has collaborated with numerous Bollywood celebrities, including Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, and Tiger Shroff. He is recognized for his impactful work as a transformational speaker and coach.

​Miscarriage due to a car accident


In an emotional conversation, Arfeen revealed why he felt protective of his wife, Sara, and the difficult decisions he has had to make due to their painful past. He shared heartbreaking details, including a tragic miscarriage following a car accident just a year into their marriage, on Sara’s birthday. Arfeen explained, “We had two miscarriages. Once, during a car crash, she was carrying twins.” He emphasized that while he doesn’t see Sara as weak, he feels the need to protect her because of the trauma they’ve experienced. Arfeen also mentioned how people pressured them to have children, unaware of the struggles they were enduring.

Arfeen on Sara’s two miscarriages

In one of the latest episodes of Bigg Boss 18 centred around high emotions and drama, with Sara Arfeen Khan opening up about her personal struggles amidst rising tensions in the house. After a series of clashes, Avinash Mishra was sent to jail and refused to distribute the house ration, further sparking conflict. However, the emotional core of the episode came when Sara shared her frustrations over how she and her husband Arfeen have been constantly mocked, even by Bigg Boss, because of their profession as mind coaches. Sara delved deeper into her personal life, revealing the immense challenges they faced. “After two miscarriages and 10 years of marriage, the birth of our twins was the most significant moment in our lives,” she said. However, Arfeen was unable to be present for their birth due to work commitments, flying from London to India for a seminar in front of 5,000 people.

Sara’s father had committed suicide?

In an emotional revelation, Arfeen shared another heartbreaking chapter from Sara's life, the sudden death of her father shortly after their wedding in Dubai. He recalled the traumatic moment when he discovered her father hanging and took it upon himself to shield Sara from witnessing the devastating scene. "I became her support," he explained, underscoring the deep bond they share. Sara, who was very close to her father, was profoundly affected by this loss.

Sara’s conversion to Islam

Before entering the Bigg Boss 18 house, Sara and Arfeen spoke to the media, where Sara opened up about her decision to embrace Islam. In an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Sara explained, “For some reason, I had many Muslim friends from all over the world. I attended various debates about religion and read the Bible, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Quran. When it comes to religion, there is no right or wrong, only a calling. I simply followed where my heart led me. At that time, Arfeen and I weren’t married, and I wasn’t even sure I wanted to marry him because it was a huge decision, as he was Muslim and I was Hindu.” Arfeen added, “I have to give credit to Sara’s father. He supported her wholeheartedly. I wasn’t aware of her conversion until much later, but her family stood by her decision, and my parents had no objections either.”

Sara’s acting career

While Arfeen Khan is known as a mind coach, many may not realize that Sara has had a successful acting career. She has appeared in several TV shows and films, including Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein (2010-2011), Payback (2010), Total Siyappa (2014), Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls (2015), Kahi Suni (2015), and Love Ka Hai Intezaar (2017).
