In the latest season of Bigg Boss 18, actor Karan Veer Mehra opens up about his personal life like never before. From reflecting on his past marriages and why they didn’t work out to sharing heartfelt memories of his close friendship with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Karan's candid revelations have struck an emotional chord with fans.

Karan Veer Mehra made a statement about life being unfair to him. Elaborating on this, Karan said, "I was talking about my career graph, which has started late. I am doing shows and reality shows now, when I was in acting school, it has been some 21 years now. It has taken a lot of time to reach here."

In the first marriage, we knew each other since childhood and then I think we grew apart as people. I think we rushed during Covid during the second marriage. Both of us rushed. It was like the world was ending, let's be together. But the world didn't end and we had different opinions, needs were different.

She is coming from a contribution space. She likes to give and contribute. So I like that quality about her.

Sushant helped me a lot. My career was at a low point. He was an engineering student, so he kept his points clear-cut and methodical. He even planned his life meticulously, envisioning where he wanted to be in the next five years.a Kran shared how Sushant introduced him to key industry contacts and offered invaluable guidance during a particularly challenging phase of his life.

When asked whether he ever thought Sushant might need help, Karan expressed disbelief at the tragedy that followed. "No, I didn’t feel that he needed help. It was a major shocker when it happened. He was a very sorted guy. He had a diary where he listed the names of 10-12 directors he wanted to work with. By 2010-2011, he had already worked with 8-9 of them."

Recalling Sushant's untimely demise, Karan said, "When I heard about it, I was in Delhi. He was very close to my mom and our family. When the news came out, I called my mom to take it calmly. He was a family man and close to me. I was shell-shocked when this happened."
