Bigg Boss 16: MC Stan, Soundarya Sharma and Sreejita De become the new 'Captains'

Bigg Boss 16's upcoming episode is going to see an interesting episode which will surely get all the MC Stan fans excited. As already seen in the promos Bigg Boss announces a new captaincy task and Vikkas Manaktala and Soundarya Sharma were the contenders for the next captaincy. The task was also about finding Abdu Rozik's replacement for the captaincy contendership as he had to leave the house because of other professional commitments.Other housemates were also involved in the process to decide the next captains of the house. And the good news for MC Stan fans is that he along with Soundarya Sharma, Sreejita De are the new captains of the house.
Sources close to the show informed us that as Vikkas and Soundarya could not reach a conclusion to decide the third contender, Bigg Boss decided to fire them. He asked the housemates for the votes, while Sajid majority of the housemates supported Soundarya, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shalin Bhanot and Ankit Gupta supported Vikkas. As a result Vikkas was fired from the contendership. Later, based on housemate's votes Sreejita De and MC Stan replaced Abdu Rozik and Vikkas Manaktala and the trio became the new captains of the house.
It would be interesting to see how equations will change from hereon as Soundarya has always supported Ankita Gupta and Priyanka but they decided to favour Vikkas over the latter. Recently, during a nomination task, Soundarya using her powers had saved Ankit and Priyanka from nominations.
Bigg Boss 16 is doing well on the TRP charts and is in the Top 10 list of most watched shows on Indian television. The reality show has been extended for four weeks and it will now end on February 12, 2023.
