Bigg Boss has finally decided to punish Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Soundarya Sharma after giving them numerous warnings. Despite repeated warnings from Bigg Boss, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Soundarya Sharma continued to speak in English.
In one of the recent promos, Bigg Boss tells the housemates that Soundarya and Nimrit will be punished for speaking in English despite being actors from the Hindi industry. They are asked to apologize to the viewers till Bigg Boss doesn't ask them to stop.

The contestants' behaviours haven't changed as a result, and both the housemates and the viewers have started to respond to this. Even though Abdu Rozik continues to allow participants to communicate in English, he is making an effort to use more Hindi vocabulary. Shiv Thakare had even reprimanded Soundarya for speaking in English by sending her to jail in the previous episode, but she couldn't consider taking it as a lesson.
Former contestants Rahul Vaidya and Gauhar Khan had also tweeted about Nimrit and Soundarya's habit. Rahul wrote, “Am I watching Bigg boss or big brother ??!! #soundarya #nimrit sab English jhaad rahe hain!” While Gauahar wrote, " Is today’s episode of #bb16 in English on a special occasion????"
As the nomination for elimination is announced, the upcoming episodes of Bigg Boss are certain to reveal more drama and the breakdown of those enduring friendships. Bigg Boss has assigned the contestants a task to complete in pairs this time. There will be two pairs, one for the nomination and one for the participant selection.
