Bigg Boss 14's wildcard entry Kavita Kaushik: Making good friend Eijaz Khan cry to walking out of a dance show; a look at her controversial moments

It’s been a week since FIR actress Kavita Kaushik entered the show as a wild card entry and she has already made a mark in the show. From being a captain to making Eijaaz Khan cry, she has been entertaining all with her funny mimicry in the show as well. Here’s looking back at some of her controversial moments on reality shows, statements and personal life.

Kavita Kaushik and Eijaz Khan share a very good bond. The actor was very happy to see Kavita enter the house. But the reality show has kind of disturbed the camaraderie between the two. During a task, Kavita blames Eijaz. She tells him she hasn't been able to forge a connection with the other housemates because of him. She further accuses him of using her for his personal gain to win a task. Eijaz finds her claims baseless and even tries to explain himself. Kavita instead tells him that she is closer to Abhinav than him. This makes Eijaz break down and cry inconsolably. He regrets going wrong in his judgement of considering Kavita a good friend.

F.I.R actress Kavita Kaushik doesn't shy away from speaking her mind. When Ramayan was re-launched and doing tremendously well during the lockdown, Kavita mocked people for thinking of Ram and watching Ramayan only during an epidemic. Addressing God in her tweet, Kavita sought forgiveness for those who were watching the three-decade-old TV series, based on Hindu mythology, during the global crises. She also made a commentary on how otherwise people have been busy watching shows like Roadies and Bigg Boss.

Kavita Kaushik gets trolled quite often, but now it makes no difference to the actress. “My followers have increased considerably after I started giving it back to trolls,” she reveals. “Now, I have started enjoying it because it gives me fodder for sarcasm. I have a lot of these one-liners that I use. It’s fun!” she told BT.

Kavita had participated in the Season 8 of dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and eventually walked out. She was apparently unhappy with the jokes that were being cracked at her expense by the team of Comedy Nights Bachao. Kavita was later quoted saying, "Don’t come to a dance show where I'm available as a face and vomit your crap at me in the name of content. All this without my consent and when I try to retaliate you take away power from my mic blocking my freedom of speech."

Kavita reacted strongly when actor John Abraham walked out of Comedy Nights Bachao. The actress, who was earlier humiliated by the same team on Jhalak, was quite elated with the actor’s stance. The actress had then written on social media that instead of walking out of the show, people should stop going to Comedy Nights Bachao. Kavita stated this when Bollywood hunk John Abraham had walked out of the show as Krushna Abhishek made fun of his previous films like Paap.

Kavita Kaushik's comeback to fiction genre Dr. Bhanumati On Duty was launched with much pomp and fanfare. The actress was very excited with the new role and to get into the garb of an Army doctor. However, she shocked everyone when she revealed that she is unhappy with the way the show has turned out.

She dated actor Karan V Grover and even participated in the celebrity dance show Nach Baliye 3 with him. Both parted ways in 2008. Afterwards, she dated actor Nawab Shah for five long years. But later the actress shocked her fans when the two called it quits. The actress is currently happily married to her best friend Ronnit Biswas since 2017.
