Bigg Boss 13: Akanksha Puri breaks up with boyfriend Paras Chhabra; here's what went wrong between them

Paras Chhabra's girlfriend Akanksha Puri is in no mood to continue her relationship with the actor after the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 13, where Paras said that he wanted to break-up with Akanksha. He added that she is the one who is not willing to let him go. This has hurt the actress and she has decided to end all ties with Paras. While all was well before Paras' entry in the BB house, here's a timeline of their love story and everything that went wrong thereafter.

Paras and Akanksha reportedly started dating in 2017. However, due to compatibility issues the two took a break, wherein Paras dated actress Pavitra Punia briefly. They, however, got back together as Akanksha realised she missed being with Paras. The break gave them a perspective and made them realised they wanted to be with each other. Paras got Akanksha's name inked on him in February 2019 to express his love for her. Six months later, even the latter got one. However, their tattoos have become controversial, after Paras mentioned in Bigg Boss how he was asked to get one made by Akanksha. The latter in an interview with The Times Of India revealed that Paras was lying. Before entering the house, both Paras and Akanksha strategised his moves in the house. Not only this, the actress has been taking care of all his necessities inside the house of Bigg Boss. From his wardrobe requirements, his finances to even his social media, Akanksha has been micro managing every little aspect of Paras' life. Paras declared himself to be a 'sanskari playboy' in the premiere episode of Bigg Boss 13. In the initial days, Shehnaz Gill and Mahira Sharma fought for him. This made not only Paras enjoy the show, but even Akanksha felt that her boyfriend was getting the necessary attention in the house with two women fighting over him. Mild flirting and being casually involved with female inmates was something that both Akanksha and Paras had decided to be okay with.

However, things took a turn when Paras went beyond flirting with Mahira Sharma. In one of the episodes, the two got intimate with each other, and it certainly left Akanksha shocked. She told TimesOfIndia.com, "What they are doing happens between couples, especially the intimate gestures and the love bites." The final nail in the coffin was when Paras called Akanksha clingy in the recent Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 13, and also added that he wanted to break-up with her. Paras shared it was Akanksha who has been holding onto the relationship and not letting him go. Earlier too, in one of the episodes, Paras had mentioned how he tried to break-up thrice with Akanksha. The latter had reacted to it by saying, "Yes, I saw the episode and Paras' statement about our break-up came as a surprise to me. Honestly, I wasn't prepared for it. All this has made Akanksha conclude that there's nothing more to her relationship. Besides posting cryptic posts about moving on and giving her best, a friend close to her told TimesOfIndia.com that Akanksha is deeply hurt after watching the Weekend Ka Vaar episode. She is disappointed with the way Paras has portrayed her and their relationship on the show and in front of Salman Khan. She has been supporting Paras ever since he has walked inside the house but he has let her down. While recent reports suggested that Akanksha would go inside the Bigg Boss house for a family special episode on Jan 26, a source close to the actress denied the same.
