Bhupinder Singh slaps a production man on 'Kaala Teeka' sets

Zee TV's 'Kaala Teeka' produced by 'DJ's A Creative Unit' has been courting controversies one after the other. The daily soap, which is already in the news courtesy Mita Vashisht's ouster from it, is yet again making headlines. The latest we hear from the sets is that the lead actor, Bhupinder Singh has been banned for three months from shooting for 'Kaala Teeka'. Reason? He apparently slapped a person named, Rajendra Upadhayay from the production team. Please call me later." We also spoke to Producer Deeya Singh, who confirmed the news and said, "It is a very unfortunate and unexpected thing to have happened at DJ's A Creative Unit. Violence is not acceptable at any cost and we are looking into the matter. We were shocked and taken aback when we came to know about this. The production person involved is like a family. He has been with us for so many years. Slapping someone out of anger is inexcusable. We are having a meeting on this and we will stand by what is right.
