Following a spate of stories on the cast, one such report stated that

Ather Habib

and Vibhav Roy have been replaced as the male leads. It was also mentioned that

Sumit Vats

and Manoj Chandila have been finalised to play the new leads. However, we have been exclusively informed that Ather Habib continues to be part of the show and will be joined by Sumit Vats. Informs a source working on the project, "Both the makers and Ather were in talks for a long time. He was contemplating the offer and we are glad that he is going to be part of the show."
Ather, who was seen as a hero alongside Ali Asgar in 'Woh Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle', says, “We are still in talks and there is no confirmation yet.”
