on Monday (May 30) took to social media to remember singer-turned-actor-politician
Sidhu Moose Wala.
Asim wrote a long note recalling the time when he got the opportunity to meet and spend time with the late singer who was shot dead near his village in Punjab. His note read, “I remember when i was in Chandigarh you called me over for dinner, i came all the way to moosa pind just to see you and how proud i was to witness an artist like you.
You made me listen songs from your album moosetape ,we had conversations how tupac was so fearless, about his music and all the west and east coast conversations, we ate food from the same plate and you made me have missi Roti ,we had a ball brother that nite and then later you told me after when i made you listen my built in pain track.. Asim dont stop making music ,that thing is gonna stay with me for ever sidhu and your music… RIp @sidhu_moosewala.”

, Karan was seeing talking to the paps, “Haan yaar acha nahi hua. Mereko jo zyada ajeeb lagi baat ki aise din dahaade yeh cheezein ho rahi hain woh bhi Punjab mein...yeh woh Punjab nahi hai jo humein yaad hai (It's not good. It's strange to see such incidents take place in broad daylight in Punjab...this is not the Punjab I know).”
Many celebrities and fans across the world have been mourning the 28-yr-old’s shocking demise. He was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on Sunday, May 29.
