Actor Ashmit Patel who has been part of movies like Murder, Nazar and Inteha, Patel also made his mark on reality television with shows such as Bigg Boss and Power Couple, while hosting Superdude. Today, he is actively exploring the digital space.

Away from screens, music has always played a quiet but powerful role in his life. The actor admits he admired DJs from a young age and began DJing secretly in Goa during his teenage years. In 2025, he formally returned to that passion, calling it the fulfilment of a long-standing dream through gigs and original releases.




This Christmas, the celebration takes on a personal meaning for him. “This Christmas is going to be really special because I’ll be in Goa, doing a DJ gig on Christmas Eve,” he says. “For me, the festival is about joy, togetherness, and creating memories — and I get to do that by bringing people together on the dance floor.”

While December is usually the holiday season for most, Ashmit sees it differently. “As DJs, we’re often working while others are vacationing, but I don’t feel like I’m missing out,” he shares. “My work is my celebration. Making people dance and enjoy themselves during the holidays feels like the best gift I could give and receive.”
